UX Architecture
The experience strategy, navigation architecture, conversion system, and content model for the full Ombelle Fort Lauderdale website — documented before production page templates are built.
Immersive, Not Busy
Photography, renderings, video, and environmental imagery should often be the dominant element of a section. Full-width cinematic imagery, oversized editorial imagery, immersive media bands, asymmetric image placement, and intentional cropping. Images should feel architectural and experiential rather than decorative.
Editorial, Not Template-Driven
Avoid repetitive image-left/text-right as the default section system. Use changing proportions, oversized imagery, negative space, full-width imagery, and asymmetric layouts to establish editorial rhythm. Reusable does not mean every section should look identical.
Minimal, But Not Empty
Sections should generally communicate one primary idea. Concise headlines, short supporting copy, generous whitespace, strong typography, and clear hierarchy. Ombelle should feel confident enough to let imagery, typography, space, and motion carry part of the story.
Conversion-Focused, Without Feeling Commercial
The primary goal is to inform, build desire, help evaluate, and motivate contact. Call Sales and Inquire remain consistently accessible. Use contextual Text CTA / Wave treatments where appropriate. Reserve stronger conversion treatments for high-intent moments.
Ombelle should not feel like a conventional real-estate marketing website. Photography, architectural renderings, video, and environmental imagery should often be the dominant element of a section.
Full-width cinematic imagery
Oversized editorial imagery
Immersive media bands
Asymmetric image placement
Occasional split compositions
Intentional cropping
Generous negative space
Strong transitions between image-led and content-led moments
Avoid turning every section into a contained card. Images should feel architectural and experiential rather than decorative.
A distinctive Ombelle CTA treatment: CTA text with a small organic SVG wave underneath. This should become an important reusable interaction component. The underline must use approved/provided SVG artwork if it exists in the project.
Intentionally minimal. Does not expose the entire sitemap.
Clearly accessible from navigation but does not compete visually with primary nav or conversion actions.
Large contextual visual — architecture, residences, amenities, neighborhood, or lifestyle imagery. Transitions on hover/focus of a primary nav destination.
Minimal navigation: primary nav items, then visually subordinate Virtual Tour, Call Sales, and Inquire. Secondary/footer navigation lower in the composition.
Same hierarchy adapted for usability. Primary nav, featured Virtual Tour, then Call and Inquire as a compact persistent conversion treatment. Persistent controls must not obscure important content.
Visually immersive and minimal rather than a conventional dense sitemap footer. Must provide access to required information.

Residences is the deepest and most commercially important area of the sitemap. The hierarchy is:
Floor Plan Detail is one reusable template powered by structured CMS data. Do not create separate static pages for every floor plan.
Plan name / number
Residence Collection
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Interior SF
Exterior / Terrace SF
Total SF
Floor / Level if applicable
Floor Plan Image
Key Plan / Orientation
Floor Plan PDF
Availability / Status if provided
Amenities is one page. Do not create individual amenity detail pages. The page contains separate immersive sections:
The Sky Deck
The Sanctuary
The Commons
The Square
Equinox
One landing page, not a document library. References a managed Buyer Document content type so the PDF can be replaced through the CMS without rebuilding the page.
One reusable Broker Event Page Template. No generic Campaign Landing Page system at this stage.
Expected reusable section/component architecture. Do not create unnecessary separate components when the same structural pattern can serve multiple contexts. Reusable components should allow editorial layout variation.
Amenities are not individual content pages — Sky Deck, Sanctuary, Commons, Square are sections within the Amenities page.
Equinox is an editorial feature, not its own content type.
Virtual Tour is a utility destination — technical implementation TBD.
The interim website is not a disposable microsite. It establishes the first production implementation of the permanent Ombelle component system. Build once, reuse, expand.
